The DISC profile simply mirrors back to you what your personality seems to be like— after asking you a series of questions.

The assessment highlights a few things, including: 

• whether you prefer working on projects or working with people 
• whether you're more "outward" (extroverted) or "inward" (introverted)

There are no correct or incorrect answers on any of these questionnaires. Really, you are answering questions about you— and how you see, sense, and feel the world around you. And you’re doing this for you, to help you discern your calling.

Here's why the DISC matters-- and why we begin the 5 LifeLift assessments here: God created you intentionally. The more we understand HOW He designed you, the greater we understand your purpose and the more we can help you fulfill the destiny outlined for you!

So, remember-- 

• Each personality type matters
• Each has strengths to leverage (and weaknesses to avoid)
• Each type (read: yours = YOU!) are valuable and needed

That said, 

• Embrace who you are, and
• Celebrate who others are designed to be, as well.

Face it: we're better together, and we need the diversity to achieve everything God has set before us!
