C/S = Careful + Contemplative + Stable

From LifeLift Assessment A = The DISC Profile

CS (green / yellow) are systematic and stable. Like SC, they reside on the “bottom” of the chart, tending to be inward-facing (read: introvert) people.

This personality type tends to do one thing at a time— and do it right. That’s the calculated (green / C) part of them.

Reserved and cautious (again, they are most often introverts), they would rather work behind the scenes to stay on track.

They seldom take risks or try new things and naturally dislike sudden changes in their environments.

Precisionist and perfectionist to the core, they painstakingly require accuracy and fear criticism, which they equate to failure.

Diligent workers, their motivation comes from serving others.

Let’s summarize:

  • Contemplative & stable
  • CS tends to do one things at a time— and do it the right way.
  • They would rather work behind the scenes (C) and dislike criticism (S)
  • Diligent workers, they are motivated by serving others

Biblical example

Esther (see the Book of Esther), who carefully approached the King and saved her people.

Notice that her uncle, Mordecai, had to continually encourage her to step forward, that she was called “for such a time as this.” However, she was deliberate and intentional, and an entire race of people was saved because of her.

Note: the Gospel of Luke and Book of Acts are likely written by a CS (green / yellow), as apposed to the Book of John, which was likely penned by a SC (yellow / green).
