About The 21 Day Challenge

A few years ago, Troy Amdahl and Dave Braun (the Oola Guys) came to town. I met them in Hawaii, back in 2014, on a business trip. They were the guest speakers.

That trip changed SEVERAL things for me...

πŸ‘‰ I saw that I COULD lose weight, that I didn't have to stay 50 pounds over my idea spot (one of those guys had done it himself-- and that showed me it was possible).

πŸ‘‰ I saw I COULD create a workflow that didn't consist of 70-80 hour work weeks (unless I chose to work that much) just to scrape by.

There were other great takeaways, too. I saw in them something that was possible for me.

Troy and Dave were (and still are!) determined to change the world with a word, Oola— a nod to the longer word Oolala, which means that “everything is working perfectly, just as it should…”

That was several years— and a LOT of life— ago.

I learned the lessons (on paper) the first time I met them, and then moved on….

And then, predictably, as is the case with most lessons that we learn on paper but not in real life, I crashed….

I lost everything.
