The gift of administration is the divine strength or ability to organize multiple tasks and groups of people to accomplish these tasks.
When we looked at the personality profiles (DISC + Colors) we noted that some people with a bent towards systems and structure can be introverts and other can be extroverts. Some prefer people, and others prefer projects.
It’s important to remember that the spiritual gift of administration operates at a supernatural level. So, whereas it expresses itself THROUGH your personality, it’s also the supernatural power of God working in you to impact the world in a level that far exceeds what you can achieve on your own.
