Undiagnosed Struggle

The way to wholeness is to lean into the hard stuff and heal it-- not avoid it

Here are the points to look for, all outlined in the talk above:

✅ Life is beautiful, and life is hard.

That is, at some point we all face tough situations.

✅ There are four ways (at least) to deal with the “hard.”

We talk about the ways using the simple analogy of a balloon. Three ways of unhealthy; one is healthy.

✅ We won’t progress— as a person— beyond our ability to deal with “hard.”

So we need some tools to deal, because-- lets be honest-- hard things are going to happen.

That means this--

Rather than minimizing our hurts and pushing forward, we acknowledge the tough stuff of life and slow down. We rest, we recharge.

We may find we’re still wounded, but at that point we’re able to move forward with better perspective as we step back into the rhythm we were designed live.
