Amplify helps communicators and thought leaders platform their message, so they can get paid for what they know.
A few years ago, after helping several clients write their books, create their courses, and generate an income based on their original ideas, my wife suggested, "You need to go write down all of the processes you use to do this... so other people can get paid for what they know, too."
I spent a few months creating a book, a course, and a few other resources. The result was Amplify.

LifeLift is a 501c3 which helps churches and ministry leaders (around the world) create healthy ministries that make a holistic, Kingdom impact.
A board of directors oversees the efforts and helps facilitate strategic projects online, locally, and abroad.
GY6
GY6 helps heroes understand + overcome PTSD and Moral Injury-- because it's hard to focus on the next mission if you're still working through the mess.
When the first U.S. pilots flew into war, over a century ago, they could not see behind them— only ahead of them (the 12 o’clock position) and only to the side (the 9 and 3 positions). They could not see their “6.”
But other pilots could, and they would effectively tell the man ahead of them, “I’ve got your back. I’m looking out for you. Nothing will harm you as long as I’m here. I’ve got your six.”
This mantra has carried forth to other military personnel, law enforcement officers, and heroes of all kinds. The inference is the same: you’re covered.
In the same way your body can be injured, so also can your soul (emotions / PTSD) and your spirit (conscience / Moral Injury).
GY6 equips our heroes to help heroes understand and overcome these two common wounds-- that are expected in the line of duty.

I was working at a church downtown, meeting in a warehouse on Sunday evenings with a bunch of 20-somethings, when we began to notice how many people were struggling-- or had struggled-- with addictions.
About 7 years into it, I began formally working in recovery...
⭐️ as a program director
⭐️ then as a leader of a new organization
⭐️ then as a consultant to other church and nonprofit groups seeking to do the same type of work.
We wrote our own curriculum, based on the 12-steps, and we figured out the mechanics of running a program that changes lives while also doing the "business side" and keep everything solvent.
