The 5th of 6 ways Oola Global pays Ambassadors to change the world with a word

15 ranks divided into 5 tiers comprise the comp plan. Each tier features a 1, 2, and 3 version of that tier’s rank (i.e., G1, G2, G3 in the “Gold” tier). The tier feature Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Heart ranks. Everyone begins at Silver. When you reach the other four tiers, Oola pays you a one-time bonus the first time you achieve the milestone.

The Tier Advancement Bonus features a Regular Bonus (for breaking into a new tier), a Double Bonus (for doing so with speed), and an Upline Bonus (for helping someone coming behind you achieve this milestone).
